My first goal of 153 lbs gets me to the far edge of my healthy weight range which is going to be awesome to reach! But who wants to be 1 pound away from being overweight all the time? So my ultimate goal is get to 140 lbs which will put me right smack bang in the middle of my healthy weight range. I’d heard that it gets harder the slimmer you got, and that definitely seems to be the case for me. I’ve still got 20 lbs to lose before reaching my ultimate goal, and I’m sooooo hoping to get there by Christmas. That’s only 12 weeks away, so if I don’t get a move on soon I’m going to miss it. Even if I don’t manage to get there, I’m sure I’ll get someplace close *fingers crossed*
I just got your update...what’s been happening your way? Don’t worry about the little gain you had this week...I know you can shift it. Sometimes getting back up after a slip can be the hardest thing, but I just know that you can do it!!!
