at this moment i am at my maximum weight at a whopping 178. i am only 5 feet tall. my goal for the navy is 140. but i hope to one day be at 125. i dont expect it to happen overnight. however, i hope it will happen within the next 6 months at most. what i need is motivation and someone who cares. someone other than my boyfriend. he will motivate me and then take me out to dinner. lol. its not helping. he just wants me to be happy with myself and i want the same.

About Me

ok. so i am 21 years old and i have been struggling with my weight for 8 years. it is so hard for me. i eat too much and i have no motivation to do anything. my boyfriend loves me no matter what. we have been together for over 2 years. i love him dearly. he tried to motivate me but he cant help but spoil me. lol. i want to do this for myself and no one else. i want to have confidence and i want it to show. if you are reading this, i know you feel the same way. i am in the navy. i serve my country and i have a commitment to america. but i cant commit myself to get into better shape and be healthier for me. my weight has to go way down despite of the navy requirements. why am i punishing myself and making myself fatter and fatter.

How has your weight loss been going?! Mine is okay, have hit a few bumps in the road but I am getting there slowly!

hello. thanks for sending me a msg. it is so easy to get lost in life and forget about eating right! I"m about the same...still exercising and training for the 1/2 marathon. This weekend i'll be doing another race: 10 for Texas, so it's 10 miles, which is about my long run distance these days.

Congrats on an AWESOME week, Toniann! I'm so glad you had such success. It's weeks like this that will keep you motivated! And yes, I have been around, it's just been a heckuva month for me. There's no real sign of letup on this week, either. (I'm one of the people in the world that look forward to holidays because it's really a BREAK!)

Way to go with exercising and eating well! I trust your successes will continue ~ and mine as well!
