when we first started dating i yo-yoed between 112-117 and since then gained @ 15 lbs. in high school i weighed @ 104-110 and my lowest weight was when i was 22-23 at only 98lbs. i would like to start with getting back down to the weight i was when i first met my husband and then maybe eventually to my highschool weight.

Hi, my name it Tia. I am at a point in my life that i am just trying to get through the days without gaining any more weight and if im lucky i will lose some. I hope to someday have a healthy diet that i live by day to day instead of just now and then. Hey thanks! I think that would be great if you got your boyfriend to take pics, you won't regret it! It's so nice having old images to fall back on to see where you were. How is everything going for you now?

Hey :) sorry for the late response. I have been missing for awhile lol. Everything is still going great actually I just neglected this site for a bit which is bad. I work 10.5 hour shifts and train at the gym for 2.5 hours usually 4-5x /week so I haven't been home a whole lot. I did gain a little weight but it's muscle mass cuz I've been doing major weight training, my body fat is down to 14% though. My trainer is training me for figure competitions so I have to stay focused and it's tough sometimes but the motivation is there from him. How has everything been going for you and your goals? I put some new pics up on my stuff page to show some progress. Hope all is well, let me know :) take care
