I am also a night eater! The sun goes down and I just want to sit on the couch in peace and quiet and eat sweets & salty foods! I have been exercising after the kids go to bed around 7:30 - 8 pm. It helps me but it's not for everyone.

Hey! Welcome to site. I just had my third boy and also have some baby weight to lose. Its hard to be motivated when its so cold outside, but I'm trying to get to the gym at least. I see you like to run. Have you ever done any races? I'd love to train for a half marathon this summer. Well, good luck keeping up with those twins...that should count as exercise, right?
