Main Goal
To feel comfortable with my weight and be healthy. I want to be able to be around for my family for a long time.
Previous Diets
Pretty much everything but surgery. Now I just try to eat healthy and work out.
Favorite Workouts
I have no real favorites but if i had to pick one i would pick my tread mill and ab lounge. I used to love to run when i was thin, long time ago.
Things To Do Before I Die
Win lottery, the price to live these days keep going up and up. Be able to go in a store and pick out an outfit I like without having to worry if they carry my size.
Favorite Activities
Taking my kids to the park or spending the day outside at home cooking out with them, and just play in the pool and games in the yard during the summer. Go shopping with a friend .

Other Interests
Playing with my kids and just spending time with them. Drawing, painting, and taking pictures with my new camera if I can figure it out.

About Me
I am married and I have gained weight after having 3 children. I really want to feel better about me. I started trying to lose when i hit 250 lbs and i lost over 100 lbs but have been gaining back this past year. I am here to help motivating others to lose the weight . I also need from others to keep me motivated as well. I do not feel like I am the only one that has trouble with this any more. It is easier knowing others deal with the same problem.

I am doing great. I have now lost 45 lbs and now around half way to my goal.

To give yourself a boost, set a new goal for yourself this week and stick to it for several weeks, such as eliminating a particular food from your diet.

Hey! So I havent been on in a LONG while and a friend of mine just reminded me I had this, and now my sister has one too... so I will try to be better at it!
How has your weight loss been going?! Mine is okay, have hit a few bumps in the road but I am getting there slowly!
