I keep leaving myself comments --I'm still confused by this site!

Great work steph! Keep it up.
I can't wait for the snow to be gone so i can be more active again!

OK - think I have it figured. Now the weather's nicer, are you going to walk to Herbal Magic? That would be good exercise.

I just added acomment to myself instead of you! I still get lost on this site! Anyway, do you know if I can fill in the last 2 weeks worth of weights? I do like the treadmill - have been using it quite a bit, not that it seems to be helping much!

Glad to hear you are back on track. I'm still bopping up and down -though I haven't weighed for 2 days after my Stettler trip.Figured it would just be bad news. i haven'tposted weighton hre for a long time cuz I find it confusing how to get where I want to be on this site!

Thanks steph. Now i just need to start working out and then imagine what could happen. i also think that working all the time is helping, cuz i don't sit around as much like i did when i was a student.
Keep up the hard work!

thanks steph, you are a great motivator. now if i could only get exercise in there regularly, that would help. I tell you tho, your brother doesn't help with his being able to eat anything (i.e. McDonalds) and not gain a pound thing he has going on. hehe
I know you can do this and will! just keep working.

I just read that low-fat milk will reduce fat in the body and build muscle. Apparently it particulary works well to reduce belly fat --now if we could just find something that works on butt fat!

Hey, if it's any consolation, my weight, in spite of efforts to eat well, and eat less, and excercise more, has not gone down. What's up with that? You have to figure out what's keeping you from exercising --too tired? no time? lost interest? I did manage 5 out of 7 days last week, 30 min on treadmill, not that I lost anything, nor do I feel any fitter - in fact, I feel fatter, not fitter. Come on, dotter, we got to do this!! Dad,meanwhile has lost 7 lbs and still eating Christmas chocolate and cookies --men!! Course, he's also reffing, coaching, moving bales, and playing hockey!

Hey Steph,
Things are going ok, but i haven't been tracking as well as i would like to be. I haven't done what i planned tho, i kinda fell apart with all that (i start a class for management training at work and that started occupying my time unfortunately). I also have not taken the time to add the gym b/c i really can't get into it and pilates has been sporadic. The watching what i eat is going well tho. i have added more fruit to my diet as well as trying to eat breakfast. I have also found my pedometer and have started wearing it to work and in 2 days i averaged about 11000 step just in my eight hour work day. I am hoping that the weather will stop being cold, then i can pull out my bike and start using it to get to work and such. we will see tho.
take care and i am going to try and get back into this site again.
