Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. Would you like to join in a private challange and be each other's motivators? Let's see who can go the longest, we will exercise at least 30 minutes a day without breaking the chain. See who can build the longest chain! If you choose to increase -- no problem. Just earn your "X". See my journal "The Seinfieldian Chain". ~bobi~

How is your weightloss going?what are you doing to lose weight?

That is a good idea. I may come over during my breaks and use the treadmill or something. I definitely want to join a public competition once ours ends. Maybe doing a public one will give us some motivation. You can keep the $10 because you're going to win ours anyways!

Don't worry I'm not abandoning you! I completely forgot to weigh in last week and I'm going to wait until tomorrow to weigh in for this week. Who knows maybe the extra day of trying to undo the damage I did last weekend will help!

Well I am glad to see you are active on here again. I hope everything is well for you these days! Good job on the weight loss! Journaling helps me a lot, and that is one of the main reasons I joined this site. It's very therapeutic. I enjoy reading member entries as well. I hope to read more from you in the future! :)
