I have probably done every diet known to man, but I choose to stick with Weight watchers since it is more a life style than a diet.

Favorite Workouts

I work out to TURBO JAM!! The cardio party is fun, and really kicks your butt. Makes you sweat and feel great. I like to walk, and lift weights.

Things To Do Before I Die

Get slim, get married, have more babies and invent something amazing! Possibly use my Bachelor Degree in Business, Innovation and organization mgmt. for something useful.

Favorite Activities

Shopping, shopping, playing with my daughter, shopping and oh yeah, did I say SHOPPING?? I Love to scrapbook and search for new sites on the web.

Favorite Music

Mostly... I listen to TODDLER TUNES.. yep that's right, toddler tunes... like itsy bitsy spider, and the wheels on the bus. When I'm alone tho, i like Oldies cuz their goodies, hip-hop cuz I love to shake my groove thing, Country to make me feel like I'm not alone, anything I'm in the mood for.

About Me

THIS IS MY THIN PIC. I need to see it EVERYDAY, so I thought, post it here!!

I am 29, and a single mom. Two years ago while pregnant I was on bedrest for 7 months. I gained 52 lbs and havent lost it yet. I'm DONE with being fat. I was just diagnosed with insulin resistance due to PCOS. I want to be the healthiest I can, and I hope my family and friends will join me!!

Hi again. I just read your post on Mary's page :) What is it about Indian food that you love? Maybe you can find a better way to cook it up...make it low calorie somehow. OR reward yourself once a week with it. Umm...freeze it in portions so you can't eat too much of it in one sitting? I’m sure you can eat Indian most days if you prepare and portion it correctly rather than missing out completely.

And why on earth are you so hungry? How many calories are you eating?

Hey Erin...do me a little favor? *pretty please with sugar on top :)* Pleeaasse reset your goals. 4 lbs a week for 14 weeks would be excellent but you have to admit that it’s a little...ummm...unrealisitc? I did everything right last week...and I really mean EVERYTHING and I GAINED!! Sometimes the weight needs to readjust itself and there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it...you also need to factor in ‘that time of the month’ when we can gain anywhere from 3 to 5 lbs in a week! Plus muscle gain when we fluctuate with exercise...water weight etc. I'm sure you'd be just as happy if you lost 1 or two pounds...and even happier if you kept them off! It just looks like your setting yourself up for a fall...and not reaching those goals can't be doing anything for your confidence or motivation. Anyway...I was just looking at it all and thought that if they were my goals I’d never log in to WLW again after my first slip! Lol. But that’s me I guess. I need little victories along the way to keep me going until I reach the big ones :)
