Hi Everyone!
I would love to change my lifestyle permanently and lose the fat permenantly! I've been yoyoing back and forth for 10 years . I'v fallen off the wagon a lot the last three years and a lot of it is due to the fact that I own a restaurant and am constantly around food. I feel terrible about it as people expect me to look good as partner owns a gym that we live in.
