Hello Sofia :)
I asked to be a 'friend' on this site, because your likes and stuff seemed to match mine. I hope we can support each other in great ways! We could chat through these messages, or maybe we could MSN Messenger later if you felt comfortable. Right now it's about 12:45 PM and i'm just having a little sushi with my 8-year old daughter, and planning my official diet kickoff, as of tomorrow August 1st. I'm tempted to do my old GM diet to kickstart my weight loss. It's a tough one to do at first, but I usually shed a lot in that time. Have you ever heard of it? It's unusual but seems to work (if i can managet to NOT cheat). Anyways my email is hardest2catch@hotmail, if you want to email or something. May i ask what diet you are following? I sure could use motivation to exercise too! Hehe ... that would help me slim down too. Anyways, take care for now, and thanks for adding me as a friend!

THat's the GM diet for ya .. it really does work, as odd as it seems. I'm doing say one today, the all-fruit day. I find today the hardest because it lacks protein. Well the first 3 days lack protein but to me they are more doable, day 2 and 3. I put on 3 extra pounds in the last few days because I was stupidly eating very high fat foods in anticipation of having to live without these things until I reached my goal weight. And I eat to relieve boredom. And I eat when I am emotionally needy. A person would think that awareness of these actions would change them, eh? Not so. It's just control. Weight loss merely demonstrates sacrifice. I can sacrifice all the goodies I like for the body I want, but I don't always see it that way. I always go for the instant gratification. Then I feel like crap after I pig out. Ah well, here's hoping your diet kicks off well, let me know if we can trade ideas, if you need.
