UPDATE! Long Term Loss Competition #1 that I started has a pot of $600 now and the current leader is at 6.07% weight loss percentage. With 236 days left in the competition that leaves plenty of time for someone to join and put up larger numbers to take the lead! Every person that joins will bumb that $600 up by $100 for each new participant. Take the challenge!!!

Good Job on the loss,
I am back on track and willing to go the distance with this weight loss thing. I try but I had to much to handle at once and the comfort thing came into play. It is like I have no control. I try and try but no such luck. TOmorrow I will weight in to see what damage I have done. Wish me luck

I dont know any firemen here anyway though, but id LOVE to get them on this wellness program too!!! you guys all need to be in tip top shape! I have a lot of trainers, athletes, body builders, military and police officers doing this, but only a few firefighters... we ALL need better health and this is a great way to get it!
