Main Goal

Sick of being a fatty...my daughter will be 3 years old in May, so no more excuses! I will be 34 on June 1st, 2008, so I would like to have 30 pounds off by then and at least be in a size 16. My ultimate goal weight is 175, which puts me in a size 12. I'm currently in a small 20.

Previous Diets

None. Have always eaten primarily vegetarian, which has easily eliminated unwanted calories.

Favorite Workouts

None. I hate working out. I'm just glad the machines at the gym have personal TVs!!

Things To Do Before I Die

Visit the Garden of Eden. I don't know if Iraq will be peaceful enough for me to visit in my lifetime, but it would be really nice. I'd also like to go to Italy, on an African safari, stand on Machu Pichu, and gosh...there are so many places I'd like to see!!

Dining with friends, playing with my daughter, cooking.

The English Patient, Passion of the Christ (although I don't know that I could watch it again), The Christmas Story, just saw The Great Debaters - very good!

About Me

UPDATE: Alli, combined with healthier eating and working out, is WORKING!!

Ready to move from Not Girl to Hot Girl!! Will start taking Alli tomorrow. I have already completely changed my diet back to eating primarily vegetarian, which is pretty much how I've eaten my whole adult life...until I got the pregnancy cravings...and never changed back after I had my daughter. I've also joined a gym and started biking as hard as I can for as long as I can. My goal is 1 hour / 5 days per week. My highest weight was 254 in April 2005. I've come down from there obviously, but now it's time to kick it in high gear!!

Hey! So I havent been on in a LONG while and a friend of mine just reminded me I had this, and now my sister has one too... so I will try to be better at it!

How has your weight loss been going?! Mine is okay, have hit a few bumps in the road but I am getting there slowly!

Losing weight isn't easy -- especially when the age factors in! However, it is possible - slow, but possible. I started on the Dr. Perricone diet program and I feel very motivated!

yeh i have worked out my issues with why i have gained weight. it is not easy, i just take it day by day. i work out and eat healthier. i have 3 boys who i am teaching to eat healthy and to get exercise of some kind on a daily bases. i do not want them to struggle with things i have. i want to live to be here for them.
