The best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks how it is that you are thriving, and what it is that you've discovered—and then, just relax and trust that all truly is well. ~Abraham-Hicks~

Eat healthy and exercise! Have people asking how you are thriving! :)

I run a minimum of 3 days a week and sometimes up to 5. The extra 2 days are "short" runs of no more than 2 miles. So, one day hill training around 3-5 miles, one day interval(speed) training of 3-5 miles, 2 optional days of no more than 3 miles of an easy pace, and then a long tempo (even pace) of 6 miles or more. What really matters is how many miles a week you are running. You can split up your running in more days a week, as long as you are making your miles goal. Right now I am at about 12-14 miles a week and right before my race I'll be at around 26-30 miles a week. There are some really great running schedules on coolrunning.com.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Losing weight is a great feeling--hard though. Looks like you are doing awesome yourself!!!

Good Job!!! I didn't think of the differant colors. I draw my "X" each day and place an "E" on the top for exercise, then a "M" on the leftside of the "X" when I do my Motivational Tapes... Keep Buiding!!! ~bobi~

Thanks! So do you, which is why I wanted to know your secrets. :-) I actually enrolled myself in a body conditioning class. We spend 30 minutes jogging and 20 min. doing the basic abs, pushups, stretching, etc. for 2 days a week. I absolutely love it. By far my favorite class. I usually jog 2.5 miles each class, but am dying at the end. It'll definitely take me a while before I could ever run 5 or 10 miles like you.

I actually own the Firm workouts...the older ones. They're the only ones I ever saw results with. I don't know why I don't start those up again. They're brutal workouts. I probably should since all I ever do is cardio and I need my strength training. Hmm...I might have to pull those videos out of the closet.
