Main Goal

My main goal is to lose 38 pounds. My current weight is 168 and all throughout my high school years I weighed between 110 and 115. In my college years I weighed between 125 and 130 which was my ideal weight for I was actively working out and toned. I would love to be 130lbs.

Previous Diets

none... I've been very active in the past (sports & exercise) and gained weight in college gradually. I hit my peak at 168 working in an office environment and bad eating habits... I wish to get back that active lifestyle.

Favorite Workouts

eliptical machine, stepper, kickboxing class (at the gym), sports like soccer, vollyball, softball...also dancing - I get a good workout from salsa class.

Things To Do Before I Die

See most of this lovely world, write a book, assist some of my less fortunate family members, get married, have a beautiful family and home.

Playing sports, listening to music, taking pictures, traveling, cooking, wine tasting,

Favorite Music

Latin Merengue, Bachata, Salsa, Rock en Espanol(pop-rock), R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop...but you will also find Alanis and other rock music in my ipod etc.

Favorite Movies

Currently, I love I AM LEGEND and PS I Love You... In my DVD collection you will find: The Holiday, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Harry Potter Movies, True Lies, Dejavu, The Lakehouse...and many more!
