This is great - haven't weighed myself since 4/14/08 and did so this morning and I am still the same weight! That is good but why did I stop losing weight! I have started doing my ball exercises, I have also started riding my bike and have committed to riding it to work and home for the summer - hopefully this works out. Will let you know how it goes - tomorrow will be my first day. Wish me luck.

you are right, unfortunately our food source is so depleated we cannot possibly get everything our bodies even if we try to eat "healthy" and vitamins etc. have less than half of what they claim to have... heres where my program comes in handy... it gives you the ability to eat basically whatever, then it eliminates the toxic junk from your body and replenishes it with all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients your body is desperately lacking. Thats why the weight loss is rapid and permanant... no yoyo-ing. Also the disease prevention, more natural energy and overall better health... also helps reduce unhealthy cravings.
Happy Easter!

HI Veronica,
Looks like you have the right idea with removing the bad stuff...The program I do teaches life change... eliminating bad eating habits etc. I'd love to share more with you, sometimes people that have the basic concept are much more successful. I love your picture, where is that?

Hi Qtkeesha,
I doesn't always show on the scal, does it? Well, sooner or later it has to. Let's just keep ourselves motivated! Actually, I had a discussion with some coworkers today and they felt that losing inches and changing body composition was more worthwhile anyhow and eventually the scale would move. This week I am upping my activity. 90 minutes yesterday and 40 today.

Well no weight change this last week. That is okay - I now know what I need to do and I am going to try it this week. With the addition also of weights 3 times a week I suspect that there will be no weight loss but more inches lost so am looking forward to the next week and new changes and such.
