They say that you gain weight when you are happy...me and my husband must be really happy! I am a married grad student with very little time to devote to exercise and diet concerns. Somehow I need to work it in though.

HI, HOW ARE WE DOIN' ON OUR WEIGHT LOSS GOAL. I BROKE EVEN THIS WEEK, I GUESS WITH AL THE EXTRA THINGS GOING ON FROM THE NEW JOB, AND ME NOT GETTING TO EXERCISE I DID NOT LOSE ANYTHING. WELL AT LEAST I DID NOT GAIN. SO LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING....
