Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. Would you like to join in a private challange and be each other's motivators? Let's see who can go the longest, we will exercise at least 30 minutes a day without breaking the chain. See who can build the longest chain! If you choose to increase -- no problem. Just earn your "X". See my journal "The Seinfieldian Chain". ~bobi~

How are you doing?

Hey -- what a NICE pic! You are so beautiful!

Re my illness, first 10 days of pneumona, that went into a viral infection in my lungs and bronchial tubes. Huge coughing jags (could hardly breath) and 2 nights ago I stood up and fainted and awoke in a pool of blood on the carpet -- and with a HUGE friction burn from my lower left eyebrown under my entire left eye -- and bruising over the bridge of my nose. Look like a victim of domestic violence. Scared me quite a bit, and next morning spent 30 minutes on a ventilator in hospital. Now, alternating a steroid inhaler with a bronchial dilator inhaler to keep my breathing going == and it helps a lot, thankfully. They tell me anticipate 4-6 weeks for this to resolve. And I found out I have mildew in my ensuite bedroom (landlord recently disclosed there was a flood before -- great), so I suppose that doesn't help matters any.

STAY HEALTHY, Mandie. Ya don't wanna go thru this.

How's the children? How are you doing on your plan with the holidays and goodies encroaching? Ya know, enjoy yourself -- just exercise & do cardio...You've got a body shape that would be excellent for bodybuilding (from your other photo) and you should consider pursuing that if it is something that appeals to you. Get thru your first goals initially and then decide. That's what happened to me; I lost weight; got obsessed; said I'd compete ONCE, and competed 6 times over 5 years!!!

Happy Holidays, Beautiful!

Mandie, thank you so much for your sweet post. I will be back...just very ill right now (spent 30 minutes on a ventilator in hospital yesterday; night before, fainted and messed up my face quite badly -- which was strange, as I've never fainted before). Any time you post me, I will always get back to ya, though!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS, HON!

Hey you! I wish we lived around the block from one another, and I'd be happy to show ya. One secret is in "thinking long and tall". If I stand "normally", i have a bit of a hanging belly right now, but by "elongating" my abdomen, I can make myself look firmer than my "normal" stance... Also, right now, if I stand "normally", my legs don't look as lean...by slightly bending the knees and flexing the quads, it gives the appearance of a leaner than "normal" stance!

How ya doin' otherwise, hon?
