See a ballgame in every Major League ballpark. Join a rowing team. Run to the top of Pikes Peak.

Travel, knitting, watching baseball, learning new things.

Keep up the good work. You are doing great. I am using FORM these days to help me stay on my program. It is giving me the willpower that I don't seem to have on my own. I am determined to get through the holidays without gaining weight. If I can just maintain, I will consider that a success.

Hullo, friendly! It's snowing here in Denver, so I figure you're dealing with a foot of snow! Makes it a little tough to get out and get moving, huh? Alas, we will have to make the best of it. How are things going for you today?

How is the Yoga Booty Ballet going? The kids were been sick last week and I am coming down with the a cold. Mud season is upon us here in Wisconsin! Ha! I will take it over the -20 wind chills! :)
