I really enjoyed the competition. It really helped me alot! Now that it's over I just have to stay motivated :)Maybe it's time to join another competition. What do I need to do to collect the winnings?

Hi there. I’m so sorry that it’s taken me so long to get back to you. My computer died on me and I’ve been off line for weeks. How are things going? You haven’t updated your stats for a little while now so I hope things are still going well for ya.
I also hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and I’d love to know your weight loss strategy. 65lbs is just awesome! I’ve had a little slip and gained back roughly 20lbs but I’m finally feeling ready to tackle it and get back down to my healthy weight range. I’ve joined three challenges and thinking of joining another...I figured I needed total emersion! It’s going to be tough in the beginning. I’ve learned that regardless of how much weight we want to lose, it’s ALWAYS tough in the beginning. BUT we can get through it...and the rewards are just waiting for us :)

I would really love to hear back from you about the leaner ladies competition. I do hope that I hear something. I kicked my butt and worked really hard. I'm glad to have done it for myself as well...but isn't that what we join competiotns for? For that extra prize and extra push and motivation. Please let me know. I hope all is well. Have a great day!
