Main Goal

My main goal is to be healthy. I would like to get down to 180lbs. I felt like 20lbs was a realistic goal for my body type. I have just lost 10lbs and I thought this site may give me the motivation to keep going.

Previous Diets

I have tried all kinds of diet pills.and drinks. I have tried to cut out all carbs and meat. I have lived off of red bull before... not recommended.. lol

Favorite Workouts

I love turbo jam. Its a great combination of kick boxing and dance. love the music and the work outs go by soo fast and i got results quickly. I also like pilates, yoga, running, weight lifting, lots of cardio.

About Me

Hi my name is Dar, I'm 21 yrs old.
I work as a paramedic and Im going to Nursing school. I was very active in high school and was never really over weight. I ran cross country in school and had the "runners body" but after graduation and then going on to medic school and all the stress, I had no time to work out and sometimes didnt get the chance to eat till
3 in the morning. The lbs kinda packed on. So hopefully this will help motivate me to lose the weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
