Hi hon,

I hope things are starting to wind down for you in school. I know I'm amidst final exams and wedding planning right now - getting married in 9 days! Unfortunately I've backslid a little in my weight loss, although I'm hoping to recover some ground over the next few days. (PMS water retention and all that!)

Good luck with school and getting back on track - and Happy Holidays!!

Welcome to October and a new start!

I spent a couple hours last night cooking up several meals' worth of food so that I can eat healthy-ish foods on those long schoolnights when I don't feel like cooking. I'm about to post my "standby staples" in my recipe section if you're interested. They're not difficult recipes, but they are tasty and quick to reheat!!!

I used to be so tired in the mornings that I found it hard to muster up the motivation to do much of anything. I've been eating bacon and eggs every morning for the past few weeks and cannot believe the difference it has made in my energy levels. (It also helped curb my afternoon munchies!) Try it out for a few mornings and see if it works for you. =)

I hope the move went well - I know it's a hassle. You CAN beat your circumstances, just keep your chin up and think positively!

I'm glad to hear that the "summer slump" didn't get you. I think we all tend to slack off a little bit when our days are less regimented. Hopefully now that we're back in classes again we'll find our grooves! Have a great week!

Hi There!
I hope your workouts are going well and that you're sticking to a good eating plan. Make sure that guy of yours is encouraging you at every turn. =) Have a great weekend!

Hey girl! It's a new week and a new school term. (My autumn semester began today - how about you?)
I hope you've renewed your positive outlook and are ready to "Battle the Bulge" head on! *My* handsome nerd was visiting this past weekend (he's doing grad school in California) and I must admit that I allowed myself to relax a little too much - but I'm ready to ramp it up and make this a good week! Are you with me?? =D

Trust me...I know the feeling of doubt. But you just stay strong, and know you are doing the best that you can...also being with the true loves of your life make any doubts go away. You will have a healthy week...and mine has already begun to be..So thank you for the support and friendship...
