I really need motovation. I am planning to see my dad in South Carolina and I wanted to lose moore weight. I really need to make it to the gym. I got the diet down but I really need to take some me time and go to the gym.

HI THANKS FOR COMIN THRU I HAVENT REALLY BEEN ON HERE SLICKIN I WOULD SAY ALREADY ITS BEEN A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW IM GOING UP AND DOWN BUT NO EXACT WEIGHT LOSE THAT I CAN TELL MYSELF I JOIN THE GYM ABOUT 6WKS AGO WAS GOING FOR ABOUT THREE AND I JUST STARTED MAKIN EXCUSES NOT TOO. BUT IM BACK ON IT IM ENROLLED FOR A YEAR AND EVEN IF I DONT LOSE WEIGHT GETTIN TONE WOULD JUST DO ME SOME GOOD.. CAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE SAY I DONT LOOK LIKE I ALMOST WEIGHT 200 BUT I SEEM TO CARRY IT VERY WELL LOL

Hey MsJane....I am doing. I have manage to drop 14 pounds since we have talked and honestly that really isn't a lot but I am on a new direction and really motivated. I am confident this time. How are you?

Hey I think I need to put my inches on my graft. I am working out and dancing like crazzy. I'm not lossing weight but I am lossing crazzy inches. I lost a total of 5 inches. I will be starting a new chanllenge very soon.....look for it!!!

Ok Back to loosing.....it feels great! Transitions is really working. I lost 2 pounds with out working out at all. This week I am back to my work out regiman. I had to take off for two weeks for medical reasons. wish me luck.

Sorry Guys,
I havent been on for some time. I had a short fight with my health. I am feeling better but put on some wieght. Its really time to make it happen.
I will be starting a great program called transitions this week. I put all of my clients on it and they all have had great success.
Here we go. If you would like to stay motivated and get some great tips my company will be posting a transitions challenge very soon!
