Thanks for adding me to your friendship list. If you have a moment take a look at my Journal and see if the Seinfield Chain is something that might be helpful. It is really very easy and if you have trouble sticking to a plan or program this tip may work for you. Join me! ~bobi~
Just for fun I have added some tips in my "Recipes" -- Energetic Drink, Sugar Problems, Think Before You Chew...

I'm glad to hear about your 3 lbs lost! That's great! I'm going well. Trying to keep up with drinking enough water. I have a hard time making it to 8 glasses a day lately. I'm still working on losing weight. I hope I'll have lost more than just 2 lbs again by the end of the week. We'll see. In the meantime, keep up the good work! And I'll do the same!

How's it going? I hope you're doing well! Congrats on the two pounds!! I'd like to be your motivator, too? Can you request me, please?! Also, check out my friend, harmonapplegate's, page. Maybe you could try out The Seinfeld Chain competition, too?!

Sorry, I meant smell is fulfilling on it's OWN! :) Have a good night!

You are so welcome! I am so glad that I can help someone else who's fighting a similar battle! I have had weight problems since I was younger, too, and it's very hard now that I'm older. I have tried and failed so many times, but I am going all out this time and using all the tools I can to drop this weight! We are going to lose and look hot! Something that also helps me is having a mantra that I repeat to myself whenever I get tempted or think I can't continue. I ask myself a question first and say, "Who is doing this?" and then I answer myself with, "I'm doing this!" It reminds me that I am in control of all my decisions. If I get tempted by something I smell, I just smell it! Smell is so fulfilling on it's on, and there are no fat grams or carbs or calories in smell. Smell all you want! It helps. But just don't open your mouth for those bad foods. It works! I'm glad we're here for each other! I'm off to bed, but keep up the good attitude! Way to go!

One more thing...I strongly encourage journaling. It's an extremely therapeutic tool, and even if all you want to do is complain, you can! I know I love getting feedback on what I write, it's a major comfort knowing there are other people out there going through the same frustrations and triumphs. :) I journal at home in a book as well, and that's good for when I'm mad at everyone else.

On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~
