30 minutes on the eliptical machine. I also enjoy weight lifting.

About Me

I just had a baby 3 months ago. Though I am 30 pounds lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight, I want to get back down to my highschool/college weight, maybe a bit under. So I am here to lose that additional 25-30 pounds. What better way than through a competition.
