Lost 5 lbs.

About Me

This is the year I turn the BIG 60! yikes...wasn't I just in high school!
I recently got married and have seen the lbs. begin to add up...ahh, married life!
I want to compete with people more my age since the older you get the harder it is to lose weight. 'Young' ones don't understand!

Things are slow. It's not that I'm not trying! I'm going to join Curves tonight and maybe that will get my body going! Must be the age thing! Yikes, the lbs just don't come off as easily, do they?
How are you doing?

The best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks how it is that you are thriving, and what it is that you've discovered—and then, just relax and trust that all truly is well. ~Abraham-Hicks~

Eat healthy and exercise! Have people asking how you are thriving! :)

On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~

Hey there....look at you. Losing 5# Good for you. I have heard about the Perricone Diet. Sounds like it might be a good one for you. My daughter is on WW and she has lost 18# in 7 weeks. I really dont like WW because of counting all the points but NutriSystem is just plain yucky!!! It is so hard to lose at our ag3e. I used to go without lunch when I was in my 30s and would lose 5#. No more..it takes forever to lose 2# We just got back from a week long cruise and I am working double hard...smaller portions and trying to eat 6 or more times a day. They says it helps the metabol...Keep up the good work and thanks for the comments. Georgia
