If you read my first two journal entries, it will say what my goals are. My goal weight is somewhere between 145-155, maybe even 160. For alot of people, that may sound kinda heavy, but that is where I felt my best at!

I have no workout routine, nor exercise program, and I need to do this! I love to dance though and I am hoping to be able to do something with that!

Things To Do Before I Die

Finish my college degree with Ashford University..and see that all of my kids are healthy, wealthy, and wise! :o)

Favorite Activities

The internet, a downfall to dieting, but this is the day to be honest!

Favorite Music

Mostly country, but I like a wide variety of music!

Favorite Movies

My all time favorite movie is Pretty Woman (of course, Imma girl) and Armageddon...Oh and anything with Sean Connery in it...lol

Favorite TV Shows

I watch nothing but what comes on A&E and CourtTV

Favorite Books

Anything psychotic and has you on the edge of your seat...I loooove Jeffery Deavers and Iris Johansen....but not Stephen King

(This picture was taken on Jan 12th, me and my hubby Rich) Hi Everyone! My name is Teresa, and I am from N.W. Arkansas. I am a mom of 6, wife, fulltime employee, and fulltime college student. I just turned 40 years old on Nov. 6th and I am here at the advise of a very dear friend, Brie! I am very much looking forward to getting very involved with some new friends here! I need all the support and help that I can get! Today is the first day (hopefully) of the rest of my healthy life, and lifestyle! I am pretty much feeling like I just lost my best friend, and I'm having a tough time coping with this today....Very overwhelming!!!

On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~

Just checking to see how you are going. I had a major setback and slid backwards bigtime!!!!! I am right back on track now though. I just began all over. I gave up smoking two weeks ago as well so a very big time for me. Take care.
