Main Goal

My weight loss is difficult. I had a hysterectomy 7yrs ago. I have put on 80 lbs since then but within a year and a half I have lost only 14 lbs. My disablity makes things quite difficult. I am either in pain or too tired. My husband is supportative but doesnt realize what its going to take to change everything, I am very busy and when I do get to relax I fall asleep. I hope one day to be around 150. I would like to see that my spring of next year but I feel that wont be possible.

Hello Shannon. Thank you for adding me as a friend. I know what you are going through because I've had a hysterectomy too. I know the pain, but I did not let that stop me. You can accomplish your goals and yes by next Spring. Don't let illness have dominion over you. You can conquer this. Keep in touch with comments. -Kim

Hi Shannon, thank you for your request to be a friend! I can relate with working full time and coming home to your family. I'm not familiar with ankyolosing spondiytis, but I am with fibromyalgia. I have a family friend who suffers from fibromyalgia, and it can be quite painful!
I believe anything is possible if we put our minds to it. With a little endurance, I think you will be able to reach your goal by next spring :)
I hope you have a good week!
