About Me
well let see. my name is neva miller im from magoffin co. i have four wornderful children 2 girls 2 boys my youngest is 6 months old after i had her im been having a hard time with my weight after my first 3 children i always went back down to 125-130 pounds but after my last i cant seem to loss any weight at all im 5'3 i weight 160 pounds which is big for me that is a size 16 i went on a diet after i had my baby but im still 160 pound i'v not lost any at all i went to the diet doctor and he put me on phentermin 30 mg i started taking them i lost 5 pounds the first 2 weeks i started getting sick i stoped taken them and gained my 5 pounds back and its been there ever since i'v just about give up im so depressed over my weight i look at myself every day and hate it when i go to get dressed i see what i used to wear hanging there and i get so mad at myself i feel my husband dont want to touch me because of my weight i just need help so i found this site so i thought i would give it a try
