About Me

I've always been on the heavier side and a few years ago I got down to about 199 lbs and I felt great. I would run 3 times a week I was fairly fast and I could do the things I wanted to do. When I got married I let down my guard. I ran less, ate more and finally hit over 245 last summer. I started doing weight loss competitions and I prepared for a half marathon last September. I'm not where I want to be yet but I'm on the right track. These competitions help me get motivated.
