Previous Diets

I've tried everything, but nothing 'officially' (i.e. organized diet plans). Low carb, high protein, liquids only, etc! I am a vegetarian though.

Favorite Workouts

Running, Tennis, Kickboxing, Eliptical, Strength Training, Yoga, Rollerblading

Things To Do Before I Die

I want to rock climb and then propell down a mountain! I've already skydived, so that's my next challenge, which will take a lot more physical strength!

Favorite Activities

Scrapbooking, Cleaning (weird, huh?), playing with children and puppies, hanging out at the coffee house, sleeping, reading.

Favorite Music

Although I'm teased incessently, I'm a Celine Dion Fanatic! I listen to pretty much anything, but I really like folk/acoustic (think coffee house music). Sara Barellies, Missy Higgins, Rachel Yamagata. But I also like the Fray, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban. See, a wide variety!

Favorite Movies

Girl, Interrupted. Mr. Brooks, Big Fish, Vantage Point, Beaches, Up Close and Personal, Ladder 49, Don't Say a Word, Number 23. I love suspense/psychological thrillers.

Favorite TV Shows

Criminal Minds, Law and Order, SVU, Regis and Kelly. I don't have much time to watch TV.

Favorite Books

Anything by Jody Piccoult. Addiction/Psychological memiors.

Hi Melissa. Thanks for the add. Good luck with your weight loss goal. You can lose 25 pounds to increase your running. You can do it! I am training for a triatholon next year. Had a bad week, but getting back on track. It's about the health more than the weight loss. Keep in touch with comments. Friends help tremendously. -Kim
