About Me

I just turned 25 and am ready to get back into shape. I was super successful with WW in the past and lost about 25 pounds...unfortunately I let myself slide when I turned 21 and started drinking!

Turning point for me was when I put on my favorite gray pants and they were so tight I almost cried. Since then I've been going strong with WW, drinking lots of water, and exercising! Looking forward to participating in challenges with friends and having fun while losing weight!

Meesha!!! I am soooo discouraged!!!! I am not sure how much weight I have gained within the last 3 weeks but I feel like a cow. I was doing well, but then I stopped. How are you doing? I went to the first meeting of WW but I haven't done it yet. It just seem so hard. I know I sound like a baby but I just feel like crap and needed to tell someone who would understand.

This is something I struggle with so I thought I would post it for you all. I am obsessed with weighing myself, especially cause the finish line is sooo far away! http://ezinearticles.com/?When-Dieting-Should-You-Weigh-Yourself-Every-Day?&id=5629

Hey! Thank you for the message! To tell you the truth, I am pretty discouraged about this whole losing weight. I was doing great for about a month, exercising every day and eating healthy. However, I stopped and gained it all back... sucks!! I haven't tried WW yet but your comment is making me seriously think about it.

Good morning! Thanks for motivating me to start WW again. I feel skinnier already! ;o) I bought this book called Skinny Bitch (they were talking about it on the radio). It basically talks about how all processed foods are going to kill you. haha...anyway, it's interesting though. I'll let you borrow it when I'm done!
Have a great WW day!

Summerfest huh? I LOVE Summerfest, and the main reason I go is because of the food! I wouldn't be too nervous about it. If you have a plan before you go then you will be fine. Decide what you really want to eat, and then stick to that. If there is something you look forward to then have it. Also sharing it with the group you are with is a great way to nibble on a few things, without eating all those extra calories.

AND drink Light Beer instead of regular.

You will also get activity points from all the walking you will do that night.

Knowing that you are going to enjoy summerfest, means you will have to adjust your expectations of how much weight you were targeting to lose this week.

It's all about balance.

Have a great time, enjoy your Independence Day!

5lbs lost, since you started the challenge - you're awesome! One of my favorite things on the WW site is comparing weight lost to actual items.

5lbs is a whole gallon of milk - that is a BIG deal!

Congratulations.
