I tried Atkins way back and thought it was dumb. The Body-for-Life approach seems to make the most sense to me: eat smaller portions more frequently to keep your metabolism going all day, combine good nutrition with exercise.

I alternate one aerobic day, then a weight day, six days a week, with one day off.

Thanks for the add.

Thought it be good to meet up with some people on here to see what works and what don't. The fact that the site has a graph to put a picture with the numbers helps a ton. Anyway, if ya have a question about somethin with losing body fat that me know. If ya don't mind I'll do the same. I'm headed down to South America in August so I'm being pretty aggressive with this diet/workout plan. It helps to have a doctor that used to be a professional bodybuilder and I've recently started reading a ton abot fitness, supplements, and health too.

I'm not sure how much your looking to loose but they have this pill called Phentermine, it's a diet pill that's one of the best. A doctor has to prescribe it to you. My doctor told me if I don't lose the weight I want and drop my body fat % then he'll give me some, something to look into.
