I am a 24 year old Bubbly girl that loves life. I started losing weight almost 2 years ago. I have lost a total of 33 lbs since joining WW in 2005. I would say my biggest weight was at 240 in college.

Come on now!! I want us all back on track so - lets get on this - we have less then a month to go - I am going to start post every day again and working out and doing everything right again. I am even thinking of paying my daughter if I don't loss 6 lb by her b-day - come join me take Hope of the top of the board.

Vacation was good - hated coming back to work but had too. I have not been walking as much as I was - I hurt my foot and its still healing. But I will be back on track really soon - I can't let hope beat me.

OK, I did not see any changes in your stats from last week. Have you updated them? What is up? You need to get up and get moving. No excuses! You have to at least get in the top 2. Come on Hefner girls rule!!! Don't give up - you can do it! I found this great picture of me at graduation and I put it on the refrigerator as my motivation. Put something on your bathroom mirror, such as the little bitty tinny winny polka dotted bikini you want and let that be your motivation - YOU CAN DO IT!!!! GO, quit reading and hop to it! Exercise more, eat less, and see a difference!

welcome back - I hope your trip was fun - what are my goals for this week - to walk 1 mile each day - eat at least 1 piece of fruit each day - and lose at least 2 lbs by Sunday morning.
