I have done the cabbage soup diet, that got old real quick! I have also tried slim fast, and green tea pills.

Favorite Workouts

I love taebo. I also enjoy walk at home videos, and racket ball.

Favorite Activities

Believe it or not, I like to clean. There are some days I just don't want to clean, but that just makes more work for me the next day.

Favorite Music

Pop, hip hop, some rap, rock, old school rock.

Favorite Movies

All time fave, is Gone with The Wind. I also like funny movies, and scary. I can get into some action movies.

Favorite TV Shows

LOST and Days of our lives. Most of the time I am watching the news

About Me

I have been trying for a few yrs. now to lose weight. At my heaviest I weighed 275lbs, and that was back in 2002. I managed to lose 34lbs just by cutting out pop, and sweets. I didn't really exercise other than basic house work, and mowing a huge yard. I guess I got comfy with myself at that weight for awhile, and just kinda started eating junk again. I noticed back in May of this yr my clothes getting tight. I decied at that point to change my lifestyle for good, I no longer want to be overwieght, and I realize it doesn't happen over night, and it is hard work to take it off. I started eating better and less food in June, and started exercising in my living room to Billy Blanks Taebo. On June 15th when Alli came out, I started taking it. I have now been on Alli 4 months, and have lost 31 lbs.
I have had a very stressfull month, and started turning to food. I am angry with myself for doing that, but realize that I need to get my butt back on track. I have gone down 3 pant sizes, and just discovered this the other day when I bought a size 14 misses. They are a little snug, but I don't have to lay down to button or zip them, so that by itself makes me happy. I hope to get support from this site, the more support I get the better. The holiday seasons are here, and we all know how hard it is to stay away from all those temptations, but if I can get under 200 during this time of the year, then I know for sure I will reach my goal weight, and stay at it.
