Main Goal
To change my lifestyle for the better, and hopefully influence my husband to do the same thing. I really want to fit into my skinny jeans...which I haven't worn since I lived in Korea. I just don't want my lifestyle to be my daughters one day.
Previous Diets
I did weight watchers for awhile but it wasn't doing anything for me that I couldn't do on my own, and for $30 a month I just didn't see the pay off in the long run. Other than that right before I got married I worked with a nutritionist and a exercise physiologist (free of charge from the Air Force) to give me a personalized work out and diet plan, which worked great and I lost 25 lbs in 2 months. So I'm going back to what worked the best for me.
Favorite Workouts
RUNNING, RUNNING, RUNNING....I can't get enough I love it....sometimes I will get on the treadmill and the next thing I know an hour has passed. I'm also working and running my first 1/2 marathon and maybe next year my first full marathon. Anything cardio and weight lifting is for me I love the burn and the sweat. I also love Yoga and Pilate classes talk about intense.
Things To Do Before I Die
Get to point in my life I feel fulfilled.
Favorite Activities
Anthing with my wonderful family.
Favorite Music
When I'm working out it has to be Tool or Korn....anybody screaming in my ear will get me moving.
Favorite Movies
The Sweetest Thing....makes me think of some of the crazy things I've done.
Favorite TV Shows
The Biggest Loser.....I love watching people work out that have more jiggle than i do :)
Other Interests
School, I just want to finish already.

I still cant believe your dedication to exercise!! You are truly amazing!! Im so glad Jamie made the decision to go 3 ways with the money cause you top 3 were ALL just the best when it came to your dedication, work and commitment! I cant imagine any more inspiration!! Not many people will hold thru a plateau like you did...they usually just quit!! But you did it and it paid off and we are all SO GLAD you did! Hope you stay with us the next year and good luck on your marathon!!!

YOU are doing amazing!! 20lbs is huge regardless of how much you want to lose. Add that in with your dedication/obsession/death wise you have for exercising and you are the impressive one! You rock :-)

Hi Miranda
Just wanted to let you know you are amazing..just hearing you talk about all that exercise tires me out. But...you are also very motivating. Im actually realizing how much it would help if I even took time to work in a small routine! So thanks for the motivation and keep up the fantastic work!! Little do they know that this thing is going to go on and you are going to hit the 130's!! So congrats!
