Main Goal
I would like to loose 70 pounds, for I refuse to get pregnant while I'm still a pons....the problem is I have baby fever and it is sometimes very difficult to focus on loosing weight and give postpone my goal till after I have babies, but I'm still determined!!

Louise... i also have to recommend joining a competition. There is one that i am in its called "SPRING FLING" and it will take us all the way through April. Comps are $10 to join which all just goes to help maintain thsi website (WELL WORTH IT). They help to establish a little support group and it really doesnt matter to anyone who wins it... we are all just in them to help eachother. You can see on my page i'm in quite a few of them. If that is something you feel up to.. PLEASE JOIN US!! We'd love to have you in it. =)

Well i'm honored to be your first WLW friend.
As far as tips.. i dont really know. Best advise i can give you is to just remain active on this website. I have many friends here that have helped me through the rough times. This will help keep you on track. My favorite part is watching the graphs take shape.
As far as my diet goes.. i life off of alot of smart ones.. lean cuisines and healthy choices. lol I limit my calories to 1300-1500 every day (doctor recommended) and try to keep them as healthy as possible. So far so good and its surprisingly easy once you get yourself into a routine. I give myself 1-2 meals per week to splurge so i dont completely deprive myself.
