I am here to help myself lose 21 pounds. If I lose more, than AWESOME!!! I would also like to help motivate others. I used to have an extra 50 lbs on me, but over the course of three years, I have lost it. Slow weight loss is better as it stays off longer. Now, a healthy lifestyle is part of my everyday goal.

I'm doing great. I'm actually going to workout in an hour. Going to do some push ups and work my back with some resistance bands. Nice job on the hike. You are going to be sore tomorrow!!...but a good sore:)

Hi! I deleted old content and couldn't remember what site this was... Lol. Well, I found it. I'm getting back on track this week. Had a few set backs, but I've still been working out a little here and there. Starting over this week. Gonna head to the gym tonight and take a friend w/me who wants to meet her weight goals. So this should be fun. TTYL
