Nothing I stuck with long term, but I have watched calories/weight watchers, low-carb, I've fasted (Ok I only lasted two or three days). Right now I am going to watch portions and sugar, and go as vegan as possible.
Favorite Workouts
Yoga, low-impact cardio, weight lifting, walking, belly dancing, ballet.

-Do a yoga teacher training -Take ballroom dancing classes with my husband -have my very own painting studio space -Own a home -be virtually debt free -Take a beautiful professional family portrait -adopt a cat from the SPCA -adopt a snake from a reptile rescue organization -Watch my child grow up -Have an exciting career that brings me joy -Learn to be an expert knitter, tap dancer, -dress up as a grouch from sesame street for Halloween with a big hairy uni-brow -

going to the part with the family talking with my mom drinking tea daydreaming camping painting

I can't afford to buy music, and am somewhat out of touch with what my favorite music is exactly
Favorite Movies
Any movie I get to watch. I enjoy artsy movies, scary movies in the theater, I take guilty pleasure in enjoying teen genre movies/coming of age stories. I really haven't had a chance to watch anything but Sesame Street lately.
Favorite TV Shows
Most sitcoms on CMT, like old Rosanne re-runs and Reba, adult girly drama like L Word, Dirt, Big Love. Intervention.
Favorite Books
The last two books I read where Neil Gaimans "Neverwhere" (Fantasy) which I totally enjoyed, and "The Kite Runner", which was good, but just too extreme in its demand for strong emotion from the reader for me.

I just had to share with everyone, about a awesome drink you can make in the morning.
I have been reading Montels book, and he recommended this green stuff. yum!
In a blender, 1 orange, 1 bannana, and handful of leafy lettuce, yes, kiddos lettuce. You can't even taste the lettuce. Blend it all up, its nice and thick, you can add water if you wish...I use soy milk.
This stuff will give you more energy than a energizer bunny, plus its good for you.
You can make a whole pitcher of this stuff, set in fridge and drink when you want some.
