:) Hey girlie,
I joined weight watchers. I had a hard time yesterday because my body is so used to eating bad stuff. The points are easy to follow and I am excited to see results. Are you doing a specific prgram?

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I have been doing weight watchers. I really like it. It's really easy for me to follow. I have also been exercising a lot. I have so much more energy, which is good. I feel like I can keep up with my 2 year old daughter now, well...almost :)

No problem girlie! I know, i feel like dieting is this battle that I will have to have for the rest of my life. I am happy that Randy is so supportive. Have you ever seen that commercil for Slim Quik? How the woman is like, "He stopped drinking soda and lost ten pounds, i stopped and lost one" That is so Randy!! We worked out before our wedding, Randy is just naturally slender but he wanted to be in really good shape for the wedding. He lost 20 and has not put it back on. I had only lost like 3 until wedding week (when I lost 8 cause of stress) and i put it all back. I wanna just take it all off - we have two weddings in june that I wanna look awesome for. Also, our one year in July we are having a special weekend away and I bought this amazing dress. I have a goal in mind. Thanks for the listenign ear and the support. Take it one day at a time!
