On my "Journal" see The Four Lessons Of Life. I receive these motivational thoughts occasionally that are pretty cool and worth sharing. It seems that can be applied to many things in life i.e. weight loss. Wishing you success on your WL goals! ~bobi~

I made a pact with Watkins not to leave today without getting a schedule together. I'm not even sure these days how many days a week you're working out....but whatever it is, we can all increase our gym time!! Keep on goin'!!

Hey guys! Just want you to know that I'm probably not going to be at the gym this week in the a.m. We're goin' Racin' this coming weekend and all my stuff is already up in Toledo. I'll go tomorrow for weigh in, but I think I'm going directly after work. Then, next week Todd jr starts school, so it's time for me to Chauffer when/IF he gets his license. I'm gonna need the support and motivation when I can't go in the a.m.!!! I'm counting on you guys!
