I live in the UK. i have a son and work in a residential home. I'm quite shy, the weight doesn't help! I'm aiming to weigh myself once a week on a Saturday, hope to loose 1-2 lbs a week!

Hey! How are you doing!? Be encouraged...sometimes it takes a while to see the pounds melting off, but wait a year from now and you'll see great progress! Hope your stayin on track! Its hard for me, I bounce off and then back on. But I'm just pluggin away!

Thanks for adding me as a friend! I posted some ugly pics of myself in my journal..lol. Some good "before" shots I guess. Anyways..how are you doing with your plan?? What do you think has been one of the most helpful things to keep your appetite curbed? Are you exercising??

I'm new to the site...and looking for people who are serious about this so we can support each other. Good luck with goals!
FYI-I have found that keeping the journal on here keeps me motivated to do well during the day because I want to be able to brag about it. Maybe journal keeping will work well for you too. :)
