Main Goal

I need to lose about 100lbs. but every lb will help. I am facing knee surgery so for every lb I lose, it takes 5lbs of pressure off my knee.

If my weight holds through tonight I will have lost 3 lbs this week. You can always just do exercises that don't involve your knees. Mark on Biggest Loser injured his leg and had to just do exercises that didn't involve his right leg. He still came out at the next weigh in with the most pounds lost for his team. So just look for alternative stuff to do. As long as you are getting your heart rate up you will lose. I have now lost my first 20 lbs. Only 86 to go!!!!

Lost 2 too. At least I got past the 1 pound bounce of last week. You won't get the big numbers like on the show unless you work out for 4 hours a day. It may be slow but at least it is coming off. Actually I started losing again after the Tuesday weigh in day. As of this morning I am down another 3. Will see if I can keep it up over the weekend. Keep on keeping on, you can do it.

Hi Kitty, Lost 3, gained one and lost the one again. Have to get in more exercise. I need to set up the extra TV in my room so I can play my tapes and not interfere with mom's tv watching. Plus it will be on more solid flooring and not over Jr's bedroom. I really want to do Jazzercise but have to wait until Jr. is employed so I can afford the fees. It is right down the street so it is real handy. Keep up the effort and as they used to say in Weight Watchers - NTAGATF!!!
That stands for nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I just had to share with everyone, about a awesome drink you can make in the morning.
I have been reading Montels book, and he recommended this green stuff. yum!

In a blender, 1 orange, 1 bannana, and handful of leafy lettuce, yes, kiddos lettuce. You can't even taste the lettuce. Blend it all up, its nice and thick, you can add water if you wish...I use soy milk.

This stuff will give you more energy than a energizer bunny, plus its good for you.

You can make a whole pitcher of this stuff, set in fridge and drink when you want some.

Excellent!!
