Wow, nice work. You are the same height as me too so that is almost at our perfect weight. My goal is just 125 for now but I think I can tighten up to about 120 or so. You are doing so good! That's awesome :)

Hey, well I am eating 5-6 small meals a day and drinking Vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk cuz I have a hard time drinking milk lol, I have to guzzle it when it's cold or else I think it's gone bad. I am also getting back into my old routine of hopping on my elyptical for about 45 mins sometimes longer. I walk with my dog for about 20 mins morning and night, but I'm going to start running with her soon, I just have to wait till she's full grown or she can develop hip dysplasia sooner in her life if I work her muscles too hard as a puppy.

But yeah that's some of the stuff I'm doing. How about you? If you need tips let me know and vice versa :) TC
