Main Goal
I guess my goal is to lose around 70 pounds. To go from a XXL to a L in shirts and size 34 pants. To also gain lots of muscle... but most importantly, to feel healthy.
Previous Diets
I lost like 75 pounds in 2003 by sticking to a nice diet I made up. I gained over 100 pounds during my college years... and now need to take it off. Over the past 4 years I have tried diets, but motivation has been the downfall.
Favorite Workouts
I like playing sports, jogging, and walking for exersize.
Things To Do Before I Die
Travel the world... Have a family... Be someone important
Favorite Activities
Playing sports, going to parties, hanging out, watching TV and movies, cleaning, fireworks, finishing things.

Country, Pop, Rock... idk, Daughtry, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Pillar, Simple Plan, lots of others... nothing hardcore!

Wedding Crashers, Fever Pitch, Remember the Titans, Benchwarmers, Napolean Dynamite, Accepted, Pirates of the Caribbean, etc

If your weight fluxuates you might wana try cleansing your body if you havent yet, in fact even if you have the one I coach people on is the only one of its kind... it cleanses and replanishes at the same time.
all the men that have done this program have had huge success... and just cleanse here and there and the weight just melts away and never comes back!
