-3 day no Carb (I later was told this can be dangerous) -5 day Salad diet (basically only eating salads for five days)

-Exercise TV -Jogging around the block (approx. 1-2 miles) -Pushups -Just about any situp workout

-Stay healthy (weight about 175-180lbs.) -Get married and have kids -Be spiritually, socially, financially, and educationally wealthy -

-Video Games -Education myself about new technology -Watching TV One

-Last Dragon -Matrix (all of them) -Menace to Society

I like to play recreational basketball, and I love to play Madden. I also like to watch new movies, oh yea, and eat!

My name is Keith Cole. I currently live in Maryland (PGC), and found this website by doing a search on online weight loss challenges. I am excited about being on here, as I got the inspiration to began searching for such a website from my fiance, who is currently challenging herself to take better care of her hair. She is a part of online communities as well.

Good luck.
My weight loss has been a real challenge.
I am goal oriented and motivated.
Received some interesting news from my doctor today regarding stress levels and cortisol. Long story, but now I know some additional challenges I need to control along with my weight.
