Aww thnks hunnie!!! I am very excited to reach my goal. I honestly can't believe that I have only a few more pounds to go. When I first started my journey, I thought I would never be at the point I am now. As for you, look you have already lost 12 pounds, so you know how 18 pounds is going to go. Its all about hard work and dedication. You have already overcame the obstacle of getting back into shape, working out, and eating healthy so the rest of the pounds are going to be a breeze. Just stick to it and you will be at your goal before you know it. On top of that you've managed to lose the weight with three children to take care of as well. Give yourself a pat on your back. Don't give up!! I can't wait to see your results:)

Hey!! I see you added me as a friend and I've scanned through your profile and see that your doing great for someone that has a baby to take care of. I don't know what I'd do if I had focus on taking care of someone and then focus on losing weight! I think you've very well in the last month though. Congrats! Hope to talk with you soon.

Added dancin to my day. My daughter and I jam out for like 30 minutes every day. My shoulder popped though cuz I was really getting into it. Now I'm sore!! Our signature move is her running under my legs.

I just try to stay active and eat semi healthy. I think the key for me is to stay away from the kids snacks. That's what's killing me now. Being home all day and knowing those snacks are just a few feet away....it's torture.
Hey 1 lb a week is good. Just keep at it and dont be discouraged.

I joined this site awhile back because I like the fact it has a graph to put a picture with the numbers, it helps me a ton. Anyway, if ya have a question about somethin with weight loss let me know. I'm headed down to South America in August so I'm being pretty aggressive with this diet/workout plan. And it helps to have a doctor that used to be a professional bodybuilder.
Hey, I'm not sure how much your looking to loose but they have this pill called Phentermine, it's a diet pill that's one of the best. A doctor has to prescribe it to you. My doctor told me if I don't lose the weight I want and drop my body fat % then he'll give me some, something to look into.
