About Me

Love life, feel grand but am battling the middle age spread. Worked out for 6 months solid with cardio and weights and lost many inches, some pounds. Then I tore a cartilage in my knee. I am healed and eager to go even further in my quest to become healthy and fit!

Hi! I have been doing more elliptical and running than Pilates. Pilates is a bit awkward for me... so just at a beginner level for me. I get a little bored with it this time of year. I want to be outside from May to Sept. I hate being inside more than I need to be. In fact I am off to plant some flowers in my yard. Sunshine and 70's today! Perfect!!!!!!

15 pounds is a lot! Congrats! What type of exercise do you do? How is the weather were you live? It has been colder than normal here and it is hard to stay motivated. Good Luck!

Spring is here and it is starting to warm up.... It will give us all a little motivation. I read that you injured your knee.... I hope it is feeling ok. It takes a long time to get back after an injury.

Happy Spring! :)

The best you can do for anyone is to thrive fully and be willing to explain to anyone who asks how it is that you are thriving, and what it is that you've discovered—and then, just relax and trust that all truly is well. ~Abraham-Hicks~

Have a good month ~ eat healthy and exercise!

You are doing very well. It seems the weight should drop instantly when we try harder each day. I sometimes feel like Garfield that I could just scream at the scale and call it a liar ;)

Well your the same as me with no more weight lost. That is okay though as that was the Christmas weight I am sure that came off so easily. I think your still doing great and just keep it up. Results will show up in the next 3 - 6 weeks.
