Hi. Thanks for your post. When you post something on mine and ask a question, do I need to come back to your page and answer it? Sorry I'm new to this whole internet thing. We fish for bluegills here and bass and northerns in Minnesota. my 3 year old caught a 10 pounder this year. Good luck on the weight loss and thanks so much for e-mailing me. I too and an emotional eater. Whenever my husband and I fight or I get lonely I eat chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate. Candy bars, cookies or my favorite oreo's . Thanks so much again.

Hi Jenny, thanks for the add. I so understand you about emotional eating. I'm just gettin out of a bad marriage, and used food to numb my emotions and avoid dealing with all the probs. Now that I'm separated, I'm able to focus on me. I know it's going to be a long journey, thank you in advance for your support. Way to go on the 29 lbs! You go girl!

Hey Jenny. How goes the war? I am back to bootcamp and working hard. The workouts are never hard for me but limiting calories, that is the hard part. Hope things are going great and successful.
Time for a funny;
Paul Newman founded the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp for children stricken with cancer, AIDS and blood diseases.. One afternoon he and his wife, Joanne Woodward, stopped by to have lunch with the kids. A counselor at a nearby table, suspecting the young patients wouldn't know that Newman was a famous movie star, explained, 'That's the man who made this camp possible. Maybe you've seen his picture on his salad dressing bottle?' Blank stares. 'Well, you've probably seen his face on his lemonade carton.' An eight-year-old girl perked up. 'How long was he missing?'

Hi. Thanks for the note. I do think that I am back at it now. My run was difficult this AM but I stuck to it one step at a time. I think the last blip had was due to not making my last mini goal. Crazy right? Just another week or so and I would have been there. Emotions, you can't live with them and you can't live without them either! Hum. Balance and steady wins the race. Hoping that you have a thrilling day filled with joy. I will too. Here is a funny for you;
Larry LaPrise Died
With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the
moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very
important person, which almost went unnoticed last week.
Larry LaPrise, the man that wrote "The Hokie Pokey" died
peacefully at the age of 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into
the coffin.
They put his left leg in. That's when the trouble started...

ONE MONTH UNTIL SURVIVOR!!!!! I can't wait! I think it is on the western coast of Africa this time. My husband and I just rewatched Fiji. What a good one. I wanted Youman to win.
How are things going for you? I haven't done well for a while due to sleep problems but I think I have a handle on it. Two good sleeps in a row and two good hard runs on the beach and I am feeling almost new again.
Time for school to start soon. I'll bet you are busy getting your year organized. Maybe the business will help with losing. Wishing you all the blessings you can hold.
