??? Favorite exercise??? using a pedometer to add a few more steps each day. 30 minutes on the elliptical(?) and in order to watch my favorite 1 hour show each day I have to do squats on commercial breaks..lol

About Me

I am a 29 year old stay at home mom with 2 girls. I need to become active and healthy again! We live in Louisiana which is by no means known for it's healthy cooking. We either fry it or smother it in butter!

So 30 lbs by Sept? You totally can do that. Set smaller goals for along the way to keep you motivated. Baby steps!

I didn't have such a great week, but the beautiful thing about life is that until I quit breathing, I always get a new start whenever I need it!

While you were MIA, we decided to start weighing in on Sunday mornings. I'm down exactly 3 lbs this week! Yay! You probably beat me, but I'm okay with that! I only have 11 more to lose till my realistic goal is acheived! I can't believe I've lost 19 lbs in the last two and a half months. YAY!!!

3 lbs- you both rock and scare me!!!

I like the Hulk pose, John's actually super excited about taking me to see it on opening night next Friday! So, I've been seeing alot of hulk poses around here lately! (I also have an almost 11 year boy, so between the two of them, hulk mania!)

I'm trying to stay on track for Sunday, but we'll see! I'll be down some, not 3 I'm afraid.
