About Me
I'm a busy single mom so I've let that be my excuse not to exercise and eat healthy (it's quicker to get fast food for me and my kids). I'm ready to get rid of the weight once and for all but I know I need help and encouragement!!! :)

Damn McDonalds I know!!! What helped me was learning about the shit they put in fast food and the dirt on the business...Now I don't let my kids eat the crap. I save huge money and feel better about......It's not easy though.

WORDS OF WISDOM
For every problem under the sun,
there is a solution or there is none.
If there is a solution, go and find it.
If there isn't, never mind it.

9 pounds is GREAT (so far).
Just take it one day at a time.
Or...one pound at a time.

Mine is rather slow but hey, its better than nothing! And my thought is that every pound is another positive step to a healthy life. I am newly married so its hard but I am getting into the swing of things slowly. Hope that you have a great day!
